- Represent the companies and protect the interests of the companies in all circumstances in accordance with the applicable laws.
- Act as attorney at law to represent and give advice in signing agreements or contracts for the companies.
- Represents the companies to participate in discussions and negotiations on all relevant business matters proposed and assigned by the companies.
- Provide regular legal advice and coordination on all operations of the companies.
- Act as “an independent director” appointed by the companies or competent bodies.
- Update and check any flaws of legal requirements for the companies.
- Participate in confrontation to clarify matters on behalf of the companies to the authorities and other third parties.
- Always provide the presence of a lawyer or legal staff required to meet the needs of the companies.
- Provide more special services than regular clients (such as with utmost care and promptness).
- Offer 50% discount on other separate services not included in the companies’ attorney at law services.
- Represent the companies in resolving disputes with rival companies, either within or out of court system.
- And file or retain company documentations or papers, etc.
